Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sonarvue. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using Sonarvue on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf.

The service

Sonarvue monitors how AI answer engines describe and cite your brand, your share of voice against competitors, and related signals. It reads public AI answers; it does not modify your website or access your customers' data.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no reverse engineering, no reselling without permission, no attempts to disrupt or overload the system, and no use that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Beta and availability

Sonarvue is in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard on reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation during beta.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonarvue is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Intellectual property

Sonarvue and its software, design, and content remain our property. You retain ownership of the brand and prompt configurations you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

Fees and changes

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at signup. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not apply to a billing period already paid.

Termination

You can stop using Sonarvue and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or misuse of the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we handle your data per our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sonarvue is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The specific jurisdiction will be stated here before general availability.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated to account holders, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
